INSURANCE IS YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY Your goods are not automatically covered while in storage.

WE DO ADD 10% LATE FEE’S for overdue accounts

NO SMOKING on-site. Smoking is strictly prohibited

SPEED LIMIT IS 5 KPH please do not exceed this speed limit

WE PREFER payment by automatic payment, direct credit, eftpos, credit card, we do not accept AMEX cards

REFUNDS will be paid into your bank account by direct credit. Please provide your bank account number when you move out

NO DOGS or any other animals allowed on-site 

CHILDREN are not permitted to run around on-site

PLEASE ADVISE us should you change your address

WE REQUIRE one weeks notice prior to you vacating your storage unit

WE DO NOT PERMIT food products, inflammable or combustible liquids or grease to be stored within your unit. No fridges/freezers are to be plugged in

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FORESTY APPROVED TRANSITIONAL FACILITY for receiving sea containers under Bio Security Act 1993 approval code ATF 16111

REMOVAL OUT OF STORAGE if you use an outside contractor a rate of $7.50 plus GST per cbm will be charged to oversee the removal
