Furniture Removals and Storage

AA Auckland Carriers specialise in furniture removals, offerings a wide variety of trucks ranging from 10 cubic meters to 60 cubic meters. All trucks are fitted with a ramp or tai hoist, are fully carpet lined and equipped with everything necessary for an efficient, damage free move – furniture blankets, ties, hand trucks, piano trolleys and careful experienced operators.

Costs depend on the quantity to be moved, the distance to be travelled and the labour required, call us to discuss your requirements.

There is also a travel/call-out fee, this varies depending on the area, but is usually 30 minutes. We start charging when we arrive at your pick up address, and finish charging when we depart your drop off address. The travel/call-out fee covers travel to and from the job.

Grand piano’s, slate pool tables or unusually heavy items may require more than two men – please advise at the time of booking if you are moving any of these things or if access is difficult.
