Hello 

Just a quick email, people are too quick to complain but never bother to stop and credit people for the good. 

Your boys, Steve, Dan and Taj were fabulous. They were early and immediately introduced themselves to all of us and they all remembered our names which was so impressive !  They were super efficient and careful and nothing was damaged. A very stressful move was made to be fun and easy with these boys on the job and we they even managed to give us all a good laugh with their positive attitudes and good humour. Nothing was too much trouble they even managed to go the extra mile and help us shift alot of timber which we would have to otherwise made another arrangement for. Top JOB !  Being in the real estate industry myself I made sure I got some cards from Steve and the boys. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone whose house I sell or that I know is on the move. Thanks so much for a pleasurable experience.

Last Friday I used your company for the first time to move a domestic household a short distance. I was recommended to you by a friend. The movers I had were Sam and Chase, and I just wanted to pass on my compliments for the amazing job they did. They were punctual, professional, careful, friendly, courteous, and committed. They did a superb job of moving my entire household in a very short time frame, and coped effortlessly with the challenges of a narrow driveway and a tight internal staircase. They took a HUGE amount of stress and pressure out of the move, and I will most definitely be using you again next time I move (and requesting Sam and Chase if they’re available!). I have also let a number of friends know of my fantastic experience.  

I rarely go out of my way to pass on compliments for service received, but it is very much warranted in this case. Can you please pass my compliments and thanks along to both Sam and Chase. A job very well done.

Our move was on Friday 20th August from Takanini to Dannemora. Your team turned up 15 minutes early and for a job which both myself and my husband thought would take most of the morning, turned out to be just over a couple of hours. They were so efficient and knew exactly what they were doing, along with being extremely careful with the way that they handle our possessions.

Last Friday a great bunch of guys came and shifted our belongings from our old house to our new house.  They were extremely friendly, polite and helpful.  They worked swiftly and obviously knew the best way of doing things.  What we thought was going to be a 3 hour job took less than 1 hour and then they waited patiently while we got the keys to the new place.

This is not the first time we have used AA – previously we have had the same, excellent service.  Unfortunately we had to use another company on a previous move and it was a disaster – hence I remember to book AA early enough to ensure that I got a place in the queue.
